I handle, through trial and appeal, a broad variety of lawsuits involving real estate matters, complex business transactions, zoning and land use disputes, partnership and other business conflicts, as well as contested estate matters. In addition to having experience in the Federal and State Courts in the New York metropolitan area, I also regularly represent clients before municipal boards, administrative and other regulatory and governmental agencies, as well as in arbitrations, mediations and other methods of alternative dispute resolution.
