Land Development & Zoning

I advise clients in all aspects of land development and represent developers, sellers, purchasers, lessors and lessees of properties who seek our assistance to obtain land use approvals. I work with clients and their engineers or architects to obtain site plan approval, subdivision approval, zoning variances, special use permits and wetland permits for commercial uses including office buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, gasoline stations, retail establishments as well as residential properties.
