Construction Law

I handle a variety of construction issues which frequently arise between property owners, contractors, subcontractors and construction managers during the building process. I negotiate architecture and landscape design, construction management and sub-contractor agreements, draft and review specifications and general/supplementary conditions, counsel clients on bidding process, surety and worksite issues and provide general legal assistance. In addition, I represent clients in state and federal actions as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings involving construction-related disputes.
